You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. rolex11 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately by email at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend an account for security investigation purposes without prior notice when deemed necessary.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a rolex11 user, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activities or actions that could compromise the integrity of the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform without rolex11's written authorisation.
- Cheating, misleading, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage through illegitimate means, including collusion with other players.
- Uploading or distributing content containing viruses, malware, or any malicious code through the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses or promotions.
- Using another person's account or sharing account access with a third party.
- Engaging in any money laundering activities or financing illegal activities through this platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and potential legal action depending on the severity of the violation.
4. Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the rolex11 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). rolex11 supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use belongs to you and is legally valid.
Successful deposits are typically credited within minutes, depending on the payment method selected. rolex11 is not liable for delays caused by third-party issues such as banking service failures or telecommunications disruptions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to an internal verification process. Withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the rolex11 account. Any attempt to transfer funds to a third-party account without authorisation will be rejected and may trigger an account investigation.
Rolex11 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for compliance purposes, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. In such cases, our team will contact you via your registered contact details.
5. Liability Limitations and Account Policy
Rolex11 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, rolex11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Rolex11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances, without prior notice:

- Suspected activities related to fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
- Account inactivity exceeding the prescribed period.
